Great customer service! Our Chevy Suburban developed a problem while we were en route to a doctor appointment. It was a problem with the traction control which made the vehicle virtually unusable. We stopped at Lithuania Chevrolet and were told they could not work our vehicle in until the following Monday. The problem occurred on Thursday. However, Paul interceded and told us he would work it in. The problem was diagnosed Thursday, the parts were overnighted in and our vehicle was operable Friday afternoon. I cannot sufficiently express my gratitude for Paul's intervention and personal acceptance to provide service to us. More

STAY AWAY!!! My experience consists of calling repeatedly for nearly a month to have the recalls taken care of on my vehicle and get an oil change, but nobody answ My experience consists of calling repeatedly for nearly a month to have the recalls taken care of on my vehicle and get an oil change, but nobody answers the phone and all my voice messages never get returned. So, I called the GM (Brian) to inform him that he may have a problem. He was extremely good at blaming the problem on everyone else, telling me how bad all the other shops are in town at service and how great they are because everyone loves them. When I disagreed, I was called an idiot. I thoroughly recommend staying away from Lithia. I know I will be. More
