very good experience I searched on line for a long time waiting for the right deal. After a few weeks GM had a promotion on my vehicle. I contacted Tom and I purchased the vehicle I wanted. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for it, Tom knew that and was never pushy or tried to pressure me in any way. Oil Change only I had a 1:30 appointment and arrived before that and got the car back at 3:00. I know my oil change is free because I paid for the life time oil chan I had a 1:30 appointment and arrived before that and got the car back at 3:00. I know my oil change is free because I paid for the life time oil change, but is this a ploy to discourage me from coming back. This was not a very good experiance.
