My van has needed to new transmissions and they said I had to go to another dealer to get the repairs. The van is a lemon peices have fallen off it (not covered under the extended warranty). I have owned my van only 2.5 years. They are shysters. More

I had an appointment which was supposed to take up to 1.5hrs I have to say Lithia Chevrolet has seriously upped their game in the service department. I had an appointment which was supposed to take up to 1.5hrs and I was called within the hour to let me know it was ready for pick-up. It's so nice when you make an appointment and you're in and out quickly, no more long waits.
