Worst service department I ever dealt with. My new Ram 1500 with only 900 miles and 3 months old started showing check brakes-check engine- check rear stability control. First I was told their techs needed more info because it was so new they didn't know how to fix it. Then they said it had a bad module but none were available.after a month they said they would take one from one on lot and install in mine. Been 10 days now and being told can't get to it yet have to wait in line.My service rep is the worst person I have ever had to deal with. Has no concern for my issues. Will never deal with Lithia again!!!!!!!! More
