Continual issues with the service department My truck ws damaged by the dealer ship during a service. It took nearly 5 weeks to get it fixed and there was a new excuse every step of the way. Rizwan has always been completely honest with us and fair and it was his "fault" for putting the idea in my head about trading in. We decided to "just look" and we all know how that goes...I fell in love with a 2019 Jeep which was a major upgrade from the Journey.
