I have been using the Service Dept at Lithia for over two years. Until now I have received good service however they have made some very negative changes. I spent 3 days with at least 6 calls a day trying to years. Until now I have received good service however they have made some very negative changes. I spent 3 days with at least 6 calls a day trying to reach someone in the Service Dept. I left VM, used the chat feature, called the Sales Dept and no call backs. I had to cancel an appointment that I made online and had the same challenges. I have spent at least 3 hours total on hold for a simple question I had about service and to change my appointment. I finally spoke to someone in service and explained I live 1-1/2 hours away and would need a loaner while my truck received service and repair. They said they would call me back 2 days before my appointment to confirm. Just crickets...I had to cancel an appointment that I made online and again spent days trying to do so. Finally left a VM 2 days prior and then called me one hour before my appointment to confirm. I asked to speak to a Manager and after being transferred twice I was disconnected. The Service Rep had my phone number and did not bother to call me back after being disconnected. I prepaid for two years of service and now I must start the painful process of trying to speak to someone who can give me a refund so I can take my business elsewhere. More

Overall, my experience at Lithia was good with very friendly people. However, something important that was missing is that no one explained to me the built in technology features that my car has and th friendly people. Also, a couple of things were not removed from my vehicle before I officially received it: The front bumper guards and sharpie-like annotations on the top right corner of the windshield. Finally, the wait time to start negotiating the price of the car was extremely long! More

I have to say, Matt was one of the most hands-off salesperson that I have ever met. This is a very good thing. We did not have pressure in the buying process, and that was greatly appreciated as we w salesperson that I have ever met. This is a very good thing.
