I apologize you are expecting a refund for a part you did not buy from us. You asked us for a part number even though we told you it was a discontinued part. We gave it to you with a good luck hope you find it response. Unfortunately a part number we reluctantly gave you was not the same corresponding part where ever you bought the part. Often times that can happen with a 15 year old part. We apologize that the place you found the incorrect part does not offer refunds or did not look up the part you were looking for to see if it was for your truck. We however do offer refunds for parts purchased from us if it is the incorrect part.

I did not ask you for a refund. You didn't even want to take the time to understand my dilemma. If i wasn't buying something you didn't want to waste your time. Customer Service is out the window....... And you don't have to rude!!!! Taking the situation under advicement and talking to your staff to prevent future incidents like this costs you nothing Sir!! I will Never shop for anything at your dealership and I will be sure to spread the word. Doubt you care anyway.
