I was going to take advantage of the shuttle they offer to drop me off at wor Slipped in for the FCFS lifetime oil change I purchased with my vehicle. I was going to take advantage of the shuttle they offer to drop me off at work, but my service manager told me the vehicle would be done in an hour. I decided to wait. I eased over to the waiting area, sank into one of their comfy chairs and starting cruising the World Wide Web on the free internet provided. Less than an hour later I was released, got a print out of other things I should get fixed and I was out of there. I strolled into work before the 8 am bell went off. Great way to start my day. More

Lies lies and more lies David lied to us, told us our trade in was worth more than what we got, told us our warranty was longer than it actually was, only found out when we a David lied to us, told us our trade in was worth more than what we got, told us our warranty was longer than it actually was, only found out when we are signing papers we got less for our trade in and what our supposed warranty was covering DO NOT USE DAVID!! Also told me how i could cut my spending to afford the higher payment than what was agreed to! Just appalling! Also picked up our plates they were mangled everything about this dealership was less than par! I’ve baught from other dealerships and left more satisfied. Go see Matt at Dodge Jeep on 5th!! More

Good oil change Arrived at service center, requested an oil change no appointment needed. They attended to the request gave me an estimated finish time and called me as planned. Very good service, however a customer never sees the old oil extracted or new oil being put in vehicle and the other items they check off on the sheet they give you when they are done. It is there word that you have to trust and that an actual oil change was done. All in all a good job done. More

Ram 2500 recalls I took my Ramn2500 in to have some recalls taken care of. The service was great and I was on my way in a loaner fairly quick. Service department was clean and everyone was friendly. The only thing that would have made the experience better was if I'd gotten my truck back washed. I've had that happened in the past with other dealerships. To me, that was taking the extra step in great service. I am still happy with Lithia. More
