Great Purchase Experience I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. The salesman, Chuck Coleman, took over the sale of another salesman who was I supposed to meet with, but w I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. The salesman, Chuck Coleman, took over the sale of another salesman who was I supposed to meet with, but was a no-show. The purchase experience was very pleasant and swift. I didn't get the agreed price with the previous salesman on the vehicle, but I was still "very happy" with the purchase price. On top of that, I very much appreciated Chuck Coleman going the extra mile to get my vehicle detailed and delivered on his day off, and on a national holiday, when my previous car dealer wasn't even open! More

All went well Everyone was nice and we felt we were treated well and got a good used vehicle. We felt like we were passed around a lot. Overall though, everyone was nice and helpful, but it was an exhausting experience and it seems like the process could be streamlined. Being able to speak to a man who I believe may have been the service manager was probably the main reason we bought the Jeep. He answered all of my husband's specific technical questions to his satisfaction and that was extremely helpful. More

Recall done quickly I was told it would take 2 hours to service my vehicle, but when I got there Kenny noticed I was sick and told me they would get right on it so I cou I was told it would take 2 hours to service my vehicle, but when I got there Kenny noticed I was sick and told me they would get right on it so I could get home asap.
