Great Outcome! I went in to try trading in my old vehicle for something with more space for my family. At first, We were looking at something that wouldn't be possib I went in to try trading in my old vehicle for something with more space for my family. At first, We were looking at something that wouldn't be possible for my family, but Jose kept exploring other options in order to get us the right vehicle. They did an appraisal on my car first, then ran our credit and gave us the options that would best suit us instead of putting us in vehicles we wouldn't be able to afford. He listened to what we needed in a car and made sure the vehicles we looked at were exactly what we needed. The detailers disappeared and Jose went above and beyond by detailing our car himself. In the overall 2 days we worked with Lithia, we came out extremely satisfied! More
