My car was in an accident that ended up totaling it; so it's more than safe to say that I was not even thinking about looking for a new car, not in 20 My car was in an accident that ended up totaling it; so it's more than safe to say that I was not even thinking about looking for a new car, not in 2016, not in 2017... You get it. I did some shopping around town, but I was very specific in what I had, what I wanted, what I was willing to concede (at one point I was told that my Envoy was a unicorn) and my budget. Now to be honest, the wonderful Michael Phommaxaysy was not my first sales associate I worked with the day of my purchase, but that's okay. My original sales associate listened, took notes, but just wasn't able to find what I needed, which is fine, because he recognized that and introduced me to Michael, and I'm very thankful. Michael found my new unicorn. All those things that I had in my old vehicle, all those things that I wanted in my new one were there. And all the things I was willing to concede? I didn't have to concede a thing; in fact I have more options than I know what to do with. As far as my budget? I didn't even have to hit my max! I'm glad that Michael understood my needs and lifestyle activities and set me up in my new favorite purchase. What a way to start the year!?! Thanks Mike! More
I would recommend this dealership with reservations. Although this will be the fourth time my family and I have bought/lease vehicles from this dealership my recent experience was very frustrating and di Although this will be the fourth time my family and I have bought/lease vehicles from this dealership my recent experience was very frustrating and disappointing. The only bright spot in all of this was working with Patrick Osbon who was a gem. The others on the floor(all men) appeared to care less about making a sale. As a matter of fact I took a friend's car in for an oil change, went to the sales floor, sat in a car for about twenty minutes and not one salesperson acknowledged me. I felt completely invisible. And just when I thought I had negotiated a price I was satisfied with and given a quote that we had all agreed on and was assured the quote would not change when I came in the next day to sign the papers, it had indeed changed and not in my favor. I was told that the person that had given me the quote had made a mistake and what was worse they were not going to correct it. I was made to feel, after becoming upset, that it was my problem. The finance guy, Marcus Reed, was a total jerk. It made me so upset and left such a bad taste in my mouth that I contacted the general manager, Troy Jarvis. I explained my terrible experience with his company who I felt had failed at providing good customer service. He corrected the problem and again working with Patrick, leased the car I went in initially to get. What I would suggest to this dealership is retrain these folks that are on payroll and treat every customer that walks through their door like they are appreciated because at the end of the day it's the customers that are keeping them in business. More

New Vehicle Purchase Pros-Troy is new to the business, but comes across as helpful and honest. He went out of his way to find the answers to all of my questions. When he didn't know the answer he didn't get flustered or try to B.S. his way through, which was very refreshing. It was nice to have someone learning about my vehicle of choice right beside me because he asked questions I had not thought of considering. A great guy who I would gladly buy from again. Cons- The corporate website is severely lacking on interactive features. The vehicle tech is 2017, but the website tech 2010. You offer great features, but very little information on how they work. I would highly recommend Ram look at what the competition is doing. In today's world, people will research on the internet before they buy and first impression go a long way. The dealerships website offered more information such which vehicles people were looking at and what prices they were going for which gives a true cost a potential buyer can expect to pay. Lithia did a great job! More
