Flexible, Friendly, Helpful Rusty worked very hard to get me in a car with in my standards and budget. He also made sure to note the things the dealership would take care of for me on the car, and he hooked me up with Matt in financing who was incredibly helpful, and very pleasant to work with. The only negative I have is that the work that had to be done on the car was not done when I came to pick it up. I had to leave the car over night since I had driven another to go shopping. When I went to pick it up around noon the next day, as I had informed them I would, they had not fixed the rear view mirror (it was not affixed to anything so it was floppy and you couldn't adjust it). I had to wait for a while before they sent me somewhere else to get it fixed, then I had to wait there for them to fix it. I had left in my lunch at work, but it ended up being an almost 2 hour excursion. Otherwise, the service was great, and I'm incredibly happy with my car and with the services I purchased as well. More
