I don't usually do online reviews, but given this pleasant experience, felt it necessary on this occasion. I am from Fairbanks and the process could not have been easier. Our negotiation was done by both text and phone conversation and David's communication was excellent. We reached an agreement on Friday afternoon and I told David I would drive down the next day to pick it up. We arrived mid-day on Saturday and despite the fact they were "slamming" busy (dividend shoppers), David made us feel like we were the most important customers there. He went above and beyond to ensure the terms of our agreement were met and got us back on the road as quickly as possible. My Wife and I are extremely satisfied customers. I have lifetime oil changes and I am treated extremely well every time I go in for an oil change. I almost always wait for my Jeep, and I am always out of there within 45 minutes to 90 minutes. To me that is ex every time I go in for an oil change. I almost always wait for my Jeep, and I am always out of there within 45 minutes to 90 minutes. To me that is exceptional service. I like it they point out to me what might need to be fixed. 95% of the time I choose to fix or change the item requiring attention. I also purchased a 1 million mile warranty, and many times the other 5% of the time the issue is covered under that warranty, The bottom line is I feel that I get treated with respect. I am a man.
