Hello Lithia we had a great time when we purchased our jeep last year. I am messaging you hoping that you guys can help us to have a ride or loaner, we bought our Jeep Wrangler here last May 2021, and on jeep last year. I am messaging you hoping that you guys can help us to have a ride or loaner, we bought our Jeep Wrangler here last May 2021, and on march 18 2022 get towed because it doesn’t start. The Jeep now is in other dealer store which is in 5th avenue in downtown since they are the only has EV certified tech since its Hybrid Jeep. It’s been 3 weeks now that we don’t have the jeep since dealer is waiting for the parts, and 3 weeks commuting without vehicle to use, we called jeep care representative and they say they can only pay us up to $40/day for 10 days and not cover taxes or fees associated with that rental car and I don’t think we can afford it since we’re paying our $60,000 bank loan for our brand new Jeep that’s not even a year and only 8547 miles in the other dealer waiting to fix it. I hope you guys can help us 😊 More

Ansel and Madison were very professional, courteous and were able to find me a car for my specific needs that also fit my budget Including the add war Ansel and Madison were very professional, courteous and were able to find me a car for my specific needs that also fit my budget Including the add warranties I needed and helped me get the most for my trade in. Mark was also very helpful in explaining the financial paperwork and helping me fill it out. Most of the work was done before I got there and only had to spend about less then a hour test driving the vehicle and to sign paperwork. I really appreciate them considering my time and getting me out of the door quickly. will definitely comeback and recommend. More
