Purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 Overall had a positive experience. The sales people were easy to work with and not pushy like a lot of dealers. They only reason I did not give the dealership as a whole a 5 was the finance department to many hours just to process my paperwork and I DIDN'T have to finance through them or provide a trade in. I wish they had a better system to expedite the purchasing process. More

I first met with Patrick Osbon before I was a I had a great experience purchasing my new Ram 1500 from Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of South Anchorage. I first met with Patrick Osbon before I was actually ready to buy a vehicle and so he kept looking for great deals on a truck that would fit my needs. When he found one a few weeks later, I was ready to buy and they saved me about $10,000 off the MSRP so I drove away very happy! I even got some custom accessories included in the purchase which I am really happy with. More
