Worst Service Department I have ever worked with! Worst Service Department that I have ever worked with! Lied about the work that they did. Claimed to have changed one tie rod end and did an alignment Worst Service Department that I have ever worked with! Lied about the work that they did. Claimed to have changed one tie rod end and did an alignment. Picked up car and drove away only to find that the car was pulling to the left really hard. Car was also making a horrible grinding sound. Took it back and they corrected the alignment and said the brakes were gone. Service Adviser stated that the brakes were metal on metal and needed new pads and rotors. Because I was concerned about their abilities after the first go around and the incredibly high amount they wanted to charge I picked the vehicle up and had a different shop look at it. Brakes were still 30% on the rear and 20% on the front. He found a wheel bearing going out that was making the noise. Bearing was in pieces and the front tire was ready to fall off and they wanted to replace the brakes. Called and left 3 messages for the Service Manager over three days and he never called back. Every time I called he was in just busy. Will never use them again. These guys are dishonest and incompetent! More
