After meandering around the lot for a bit I was approached by Mike Hiett. He was courteous and friendly, didn't seem pushy at all. I told him what I was looking for and in a couple minutes we were on a test drive. After I knew I wanted the car, Mike worked with me to get a deal I wanted on the new car as well as my trade in. He walked me through most of the process and kept me company while we waited for finance to have the papers prepared. More

Before going to Lithia, we had been to two other dealerships and didn't get the customer service we were looking for. We were greeted right away when walking in the door at Lithia. I was set on getting a Grand Cherokee and our salesman Anthony was able to find one in our price range. We really appreciated that they took the time to find us a finance company to get us a better rate, and, we even got the warranty we were looking for! Anthony also went out of his way to talk with us about things to do in Anchorage since we are new here. We are loving our jeep and couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you! More

We were treated great from the moment we walked in the door. The sales manager, James King, introduced us to David Huskey who helped us find the truck of our dreams. David was very friendly, knowledgeable and related to us on a personal level which made all the difference for us. We weren't hassled or pressured into looking at anything we weren't interested in. We intended on looking at any used Chevy Silverado trucks they may have had on their lot, but ended up purchasing a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Edition. We had such a great experience especially when we compared it to our visit to another dealership the day before...night and day difference in the way we were treated! Marcus in Finance was also great. We will be referring all of our family and friends to go see David Huskey at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge when they go to purchase their next vehicle as we know they won't be disappointed. More

They never tried to steer us to a more expensive model or any other nonsense. Everything was explained in plain English as we moved through the process. Had winter tires and a premium warranty rolled into the loan and still had a very comfortable monthly payment. The team here is excellent. More

I had a pleasant experience getting everything setup and it all went smoothly, we worked the price to what worked, Within that day I traded in my car, and walked out with the exact car that I wanted. Negotiations were never stressful or forced, talking with Patrick was very straightforward and easy going. Near the end of the sale Patrick brought Matthew on and they both helped me get the cost low while keeping me with a decent warranty within my budget, both were easy to work with. If I'm in the market again I hope I can work with them at this dealership. More

Easy going and pleasant to work with. I live in Palmer and saw a truck I was interested in on their website. So I drove into Anchorage just expecting to look around and kick some tires like I had at many other dealers prior. I couldn't find the truck I saw on their website and just started looking at others, Patrick kindly approached and helped me out. In a fairly easy fashion we found another more towards my budget and needs. As I told him, his being new or whatever it was made the difference. He was very personable and down to Earth, not just talking to a salesman. I'd walked away from some other trucks I was interested in cause of the salesman I was dealing with. For sure, Patrick made the difference. And come finance time, I don't know what magic he worked, but Matthew kept my budget and worked in everything and more for what I could ask for. Both great working guys and I hope to work with them again next time I'm in the market. More
