My New Jeepie Jeepie! I am very pleased to write this recommendation for a five star rating for Customer Service, Quality of Work, Friendliness, Pricing, and Overall Experi I am very pleased to write this recommendation for a five star rating for Customer Service, Quality of Work, Friendliness, Pricing, and Overall Experience on behalf of Matt Ragle. I was first referred to Matt last November, based on his knowledge of the Jeeps. Over the next two months, Matt and I worked together on determining which Jeep model would be best fit my needs. We test drove a number of models including the one I eventually purchased. I found him to be very resourceful and knowledgeable. He also has a wonderful demeanor with customers and an exceptional sales management style. He made me feel at ease and put no pressure on me. I have had bad experiences in the past with other car dealers, but Matt helped me forget all about them. Matt was very patient with me and suggested an alternative proposal that convinced me that my second choice better suited my needs. Matt is a very talented car sales representative and I recommend him highly, including suggesting my daughter go see Matt Ragle at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of South Anchorage when she is ready to purchase a new vehicle. It was a wonderful experience and a pleasure to do business with Matt Ragle. I am not sure if the dealer has an employee of the month, but Matt gets my vote for the month of January 2015. I know that dealerships are always more expensive than other places but I'm not sure why. Some of your competition, not shade tree mechanics, have some significant overhead also. They are not cheap either but value (price compared to quality compared to guarantee) is something I always try to evaluate. -Your bill always generates suggested services. It would help me as a consumer if you broke that out to be "must" and "should". My bill suggested $1100 in service. Because it's always a large amount, I have a tendency to disregard it. In reality, some of that must be done and offering some sort of package discount or coupon might encourage your customers to agree and have it done. As it is, zero money is a lot less than some. More

I cannot believe they are still in business with the way they treat customers. It like once you have bought the vehicle, they no longer care. The business transaction is done so there is no more need on their part to be nice, cordial, and professional. Friends told me not to go to Lithia, but I thought they were just bitter, but they are not bitter. They are kind and caring people, unlike the staff I have dealt with at Lithia. Even their managers are horrible. Overall, my experience with Lithia is so bad that I will never purchase another vehicle from the dealership. In fact, my experience has been so bad that I will probably never purchase another Ram truck again, and I would encourage any potential customers to at least stay away from Lithia Dodge. More

Bent over backwards to finish repairs on time I live in Valdez and was in Anchorage for a single day. I needed some work done on my Chevy Aveo which was pulling hard to the side when breaking and I live in Valdez and was in Anchorage for a single day. I needed some work done on my Chevy Aveo which was pulling hard to the side when breaking and accelerating. Unfortunately all of the Chevrolet dealers were telling me they would need 3-5 days to do the repairs. With my options running out I figured i would give these guys a call and explained my situation. They told me they would do what they could given the time limit and the fact that this was not a Chevrolet dealer. They replaced the upper strut housing, tie rods and performed an alignment. They resealed my transmission pan and did a flush. They also gave me some advice on another issue that had cropped up recently. I dropped my car off at noon and it was finished by 6 that day! Needless to say they were a lifesaver and now my car drives without pulling to the side. I dealt with Mikey who was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. Keep up the good work guys! More
A good buying experience I am not a shopper I am a buyer. When I determine that I want to purchase any item, including vehicles, I just want to be able to go to the store and I am not a shopper I am a buyer. When I determine that I want to purchase any item, including vehicles, I just want to be able to go to the store and get what I need at a fair price and not waste any time getting the deal done. That is what Matt did for me when I stopped there after work this week. We talked about what I wanted, looked at vehicles that met my requirements, took a test drive, agreed on a price, and closed the deal in about an hour. Alex got me through the finance part of the deal in the next 20 minutes so in total I was at the dealer less than 1 1/2 hours and came out with a new truck. That is my description of "a good buying experience". More
