Went in just to look around and John Palmer was more than happy to assist. It did not feel like walking into a Dealership, but felt more like walking with a friend. John is one of the best there is and he is an extremely nice guy who is awesome to get to know . Patrick was able to help me trade in my old truck and was extremely fair and reasonable with the offer. When it came time to signing papers, Mark was able to make us a better deal than expected and he made us feel very valued.
