Great Experience! Joel was the first sales employee to meet us on our arrival. From that point on, Joel worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted, first a Jeep Cherok Joel was the first sales employee to meet us on our arrival. From that point on, Joel worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted, first a Jeep Cherokee, but then a Jeep Compass. So even with our change of heart halfway through the process, Joel kept is cool and finally got the Jeep Compass that we wanted. Then Joel and Kevin (Management) worked out finance that we could finally live with.
