Awesome sales staff! I came in one Friday not knowing what exactly I was looking for. Later Wes joined in and between the both of them being so patient with me, I finally decided on a truck that the wife and I love. There might have been a couple of things I wasn't too happy with, but John made sure I was satisfied and that means a lot. What was most appreciated was that she didnt make any attempt to use normal unwanted cleshay type sales pitches and tactics common with most people in sales and didn't try to push anything that wasnt wanted. This lithia Dealer ship is lucky to have Ms Christensen as an employee and earned the 5 star rating on her own for the dealer ship. Great Job! More
