Although I never interacted with him in person, I liked that Marcos was responsive over the phone and got me set up with an appointment with Daniel with less than 24 hour notice and that Daniel was present that Marcos was responsive over the phone and got me set up with an appointment with Daniel with less than 24 hour notice and that Daniel was present at the correct time to meet me. Daniel was polite and willing to answer the questions he knew the answers for. If he didn't, he was upfront about it and tried to find the answers. The test drive route he had memorized included downtown (35mph) and highway (65mph) speeds which I thought was helpful to get an idea of how the vehicle handled. I think the pricing was fair and I like that the finance department beat the financing offer I brought along from my bank but I dislike how the Mopar EVTS (A $1995.00 option) was already installed even though it wasn't shown on the window sticker so I couldn't see it online before I visited the dealership (It was not on the physical window sticker either). Mark was patient and clear while explaining paperwork and additional options and I appreciate that he didn't mind me taking the time to read documents in full and think about them. The main thing I disliked about the additional options was my inability to research them ahead of time because I couldn't find them on the dealer website. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and I think the pricing was fair. More
