Dissapointing sales service Bought my first used car here. Walter is a sales person with years of experience. Answering all my detail questions of the car, providing me with all supporting services for buying the car, like a normal sales guy who try promoting the dealership services. Unfortunately, the service he gave only happened that only day until the deal has made. The car needs a part to be replaced and I still need to get more opinion from the dealership. Walter was the only person I know at the dealership after I purchase it and I made couple phone calls without response, sent him text couple times with limited response, even I knew he has read the text. If he wants, he can refer someone's name at the related department for me to follow up rather than not responding at all. I recommend you to deal with young and energetic sales person who will be straight forward to you without sugarcoating their words. Marcus has years of experience and has awards in his office for his quality of service. Everything was done smoothly. However, on one ocassion when I came there to get the dealership comment on the part that needs to be replaced, I got a chance to talk to Marcus because Marcus and Walter were the only guys I know after I purchase my vehicle! Walter was off and I said to Marcus that Walter didn't respond my call and text on this matter. But then he said that, that is not our responsibility, that is service department responsibility. All of them work for the same company and I believe customer satisfaction is their priority. Too bad I couldn't see it on Marcus' words when he said that. At least he can help to say, let me follow up and let you know the service person you can contact with for this matter. I had my first car with other dealer and they had better customer service and prioritization compare to this. More
