Went in with the expectation of the typical pushy sales guy showing up but Rob was very courteous and helpful he even took the time after his shift was over to help me move all my belongings from the vehicle I traded in. Then Alex was great and even caught a typo in the process and was able to handle it quickly and efficiently. Alex was very thorough and explained the benefits of all the warranties and protection plans in a way that made it very easy to understand and even pointed out a few items on the vehicle that were covered that I hadn't expected to be included. Overall, it was a far better experience than I had expected which was a huge relief considering this was my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership especially since it was my first new car purchase. New Proud Ram Owner This is my 1st review so bare with me. I honestly did not show up expecting to buy a vehicle. My boys and I were there 15 minutes before anyone came This is my 1st review so bare with me. I honestly did not show up expecting to buy a vehicle. My boys and I were there 15 minutes before anyone came out, which was a nice change. It gave me time to get my head around the different truck packages and price. Robert came out and instead of throwing a sales pitch at me asked me what brought me there and what was I looking for. His next questions after my explanation told me he had actually listened. He took me over to the vehicle he thought I would be interested in, I test drove it, and 5 hours later I drove out of the dealership with it! Honestly that was a 1st for me. Anyway, Robert even made an honest effort in making sure my boys (6 and 4) were entertained. I still can't believe how smoothly it all went. Alex did an outstanding job taking care of me and ensuring I got the best APR and trade-in value. Even signing the paperwork seemed easier!
