I was in need of a new Jeep and checked out the dealership's website Friday, filled out the contact form, and got a ca for anybody needing a vehicle. Kurt talked to me a few minutes about what I wanted and invited me to the dealership. I said I'd come in on Saturday and he called me when he got in to let me know he was there. When I got there people were friendly going in and I was greeted pleasantly and professionally. I asked for Kurt and he was paged, showing up almost immediately. He had a variety of Jeeps for me to select from based on what I said I wanted the day before, we talked some more and I picked the one I wanted and we went for a test drive. He answered all my questions and explained the Jeep's features, capabilities and all the new technologies to me. When we got back from the test drive, we talked money and did paperwork. Ken Fitch was very friendly as well as professional and proficient in executing the agreement, which by the way, I feel like I got a great deal on the price. After all the paperwork was done, Kurt helped me transfer things from the old Jeep to the new Jeep, helped me sync my phone, and showed me all the other great technology features. Of course, he showed me everything under the hood, what was where, etc. It was a great experience to go in and get what I wanted. Another bonus is that Lithia South Anchorage is very close to where I live so it's going to be very convenient for routine servicing. I love my new Jeep! More

Stay away from Lithia! They are sleazy and dishonest. I negotiated the purchase price for a new Jeep Wrangler and placed a deposit on it to hold it until my financing check arrived. When I returned to finalize the transaction a few days later, they had sold my vehicle to another customer for more money. This was evident as the vehicle was still on the lot with a new price sticker on the window with an additional dealer markup of $2,000 more than when I paid my deposit. I'm still trying to get my deposit back. They refused to refund it. After words and threats of complaints, they made believe they credited my deposit back to my card account, but mysteriously, the credit never appeared on my account. There is a much more reputable Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealership in town. Do yourself a favor and go there instead. More

Overall, this dealership used a little too much pressure, telling me "it made no sense" when I wanted to think the decision over and wanted make a deposit so i could contact my insurance agent first.
