ok, I was in a very unique situation with job/life/work and this dealership bent over backwards to make it right for me. without going into TOO much detail, John Palmer (sales) picked me up from the airpor and this dealership bent over backwards to make it right for me. without going into TOO much detail, John Palmer (sales) picked me up from the airport as I had to fly in to buy the truck. it wasn't ready in time due to a part not being in (no fault-just life) so I had to stay in a hotel, john again helped me get to the hotel. over and above service. also, there were a few issues after the fact, glass, a leak etc, minor stuff, but these guys worked WITH me and came up with a common sense approach as I was not local to anchorage. even though this place is a plane ride away or many hours by car, I will buy my next vehicle from them in a heartbeat. Plus I am a dodge guy, so it's hard for me to buy anything else. Kevin Lewis also made me feel like a real person not just some number on a sales sheet. let me repeat that K. LEWIS IS AWESOME. Bought this thing off the internet, and pictures back and forth and communication was robust with John as well. Was the experience perfect? no, but what is? Nothing. However, This entire team went over and above the sales /repair experience from my eyes. We all have horror stories from dealerships and salespeople dealing with automotive. NOT THIS PLACE. when the repair part came in the next day, they blocked off a repair bay and a tech to make it happen as quick as possible to get me out the door as quick as they could as they knew I had a hours long drive ahead of me and wanted me to be safe on my ride to the Kenai. I was traveling with a dog, and when she got loose inside the dealership, the entire team was cool about it and just rubbed her belly and did not get bent out of shape, as it was a life happens moment. but that is just this place in general: pretty cool about it, willing to work WITH you and meet you more than half way. WAY MORE THAN HALF WAY. 5 stars, these knobs go to eleven, outstanding, xxxx near perfect, pick your choice of euphemism and insert here. MILITARY friendly. I wish a had a Lithia dodge hat.
