Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of South Anchorage

I purchased my vehicle while working as a sales representative for this very same dealership back in Sept 2019. I moved to NC where I found my self trading in my Ram for another truck this past Feb representative for this very same dealership back in Sept 2019. I moved to NC where I found my self trading in my Ram for another truck this past Feb 2021. I figured it would be easy to receive my cancellations for my past purchase. I found my self easily frustrated and disgruntled when I found out my mileage on my truck was submitted incorrectly on the system and that it to be hard to reversed and receive my money for my warranty cancellations. I believe it was posted incorrectly when I bought my 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie ( I had roughly 10 miles on it, new)was submitted that it already had 65,000 miles. 1.5 years later, I was suprised to hear that I already put that many miles in just the first hour of purchasing my truck. I called the dealership and some how Jared, one of the finance managers, got stuck with some else's major mishap. I was extremely unhappy, but Jared reassured me that he would help me find a solution. Jared spent countless time on my problem that was very tedious and became a lengthy process. I really appreciate Jared for working for me even though I no longer worked at Lithia and was 4,400 miles away. Most of all, he made me feel assured I was important on his list by updating me every week on my issue until it was solved. From my sales associate to the sale manager everyone I worked with was awesome, friendly and most of all willing to help. I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle and there were a few things that had bee worked with was awesome, friendly and most of all willing to help. I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle and there were a few things that had been faulty upon driving home. But that's why they come with the 30 day, 3k mile warranty right? The service department however was a complete nightmare! Rude, and unwilling to really give me the time of day. (Separate review on them) Everyone on the sales side did all they could and stayed connected with me during the whole process. I would definitely recommend this dealership. the only reason for the Overall 3 star review was the very poor service dept. experience. More

The financing depart was great. I highly recommend going here if you have credit problems. Cody was able to search through a bunch of different lenders to get me a low apr even with my credit not being outstanding. He was very laid back and not pushy either. He was also very transparent which is hard to find in that department. Although the car I was interested in didn’t fit my needs the general manager Patrick offered to keep looking to see if they could find a Subaru wrx that did fit my needs. Unfortunately I found another one at a different dealer that worked out but I want to point out that this staff was absolutely phenomenal and if I wasn’t on a time frame with getting a car I would’ve been absolutely fine waiting due to the completely competence of this staff. 10/10 would recommend.
