The service was good. The wait time good. Two things to make it better: accessible plugins in the waiting room & having my contact info accurate, necessary to schedule online as only the phone number is allowed for verification. I did have to question if my tire pressure was addressed as it didn't show on my service invoice and the tire pressure read the same as when I took it in...still questioning that a bit. And, from a positive note, Lithia was unable to reproduce a situation so did not charge me for the diagnostics, which I appreciated immensely as apparently it's not covered via warranty.
