People are always friendly. Service is good. My only complaint is that they don't offer a loaner car or even a ride when car is being serviced. I want to compliment Yasha Ostapenko for his assistance and great service to customers that come in to have their vehicle repaired or serviced. He was very respectful and courteous to all that I saw or hea and great service to customers that come in to have their vehicle repaired or serviced. He was very respectful and courteous to all that I saw or heard on the phone when he spoke with them in regard to their vehicle. The dealership policy in charging full list price for parts I do not like. As a disabled Veteran I got no discount on my parts. Insurance paid nothing on my bill of over $6800. The reason for the denial was as smart as President Biden border policy. More
