My engine and oil light came on after having it serviced by Northwest tire so I took the car back to them. They're another reputable outfit. After finding the problem codes told me what the problem was an by Northwest tire so I took the car back to them. They're another reputable outfit. After finding the problem codes told me what the problem was and how much they would charge for repairs, I told them I had insurance to cover the cost, but I had to have a Dodge dealership do the repairs. Lithia did the repairs and further checked out the van and found that the brakes were just about gone. While they done the original repairs they repaired all that was needed and got me back on the road. All Lithia personnel were very good and informative with me. Thank you More

Salesman was great and knew his job perfectly. He talked me into paying full price and I never do that. I was disappointed they didn’t fill the fuel tank before we left. Service personnel were excellent and got my recall and oil change done in short order. Waiting on sales floor was another matter. Salespeople seemed to have complete disregard for state requirements to oil change done in short order. Waiting on sales floor was another matter. Salespeople seemed to have complete disregard for state requirements to wear masks. One woman walked within a few feet of where I was sitting several times without a mask. Apparently your staff needs to wear masks when they enter the dealership and have better regard for your customers. I will not be returning More

I had my Jeep’s transmission serviced and when it was returned there was oil dripping all over the underside, and blowing out the back. Although there was no issue with the service it was just the lack o returned there was oil dripping all over the underside, and blowing out the back. Although there was no issue with the service it was just the lack of the technician cleaning up after the service. Company was more than willing to resolve the situation. But when you spend 500$ for a transmission service, my expectations were a lot higher. More
Unfriendly front desk and person who checked me in wasn’t wearing a mask. He also got in my car without a mask. I understand medical exemptions and if that’s the case, that individual should not be allowed i wearing a mask. He also got in my car without a mask. I understand medical exemptions and if that’s the case, that individual should not be allowed in customer cars. I drove home with my windows down on a 20 degree day. Pandemic precautions may feel like overkill to some, but some of your clients take it seriously a d haven’t seen friends in a year, so it’s frustrating to have that put at risk by a business whose services I need but isn’t requiring the level of care mandated by the governor. He also seemed irritated when he couldn’t hear me through my mask and the plexiglass and was short with me. It wasn’t until I was halfway home that I realized he was the one getting in my car or I would’ve said something. More
