We chose this dealership because we have a great relationship with Dustin Capshaw. We purchased 2 suburu Forresters last year from him at the Spokane Suburu. Unfortunately one was totaled October 20 relationship with Dustin Capshaw. We purchased 2 suburu Forresters last year from him at the Spokane Suburu. Unfortunately one was totaled October 2020. We were happy to work with Dustin again to buy the JEEP. He more than met our high expectations . The JEEP is very executive and we live it. Thank you Dustin!!! More

I brought my car in for recalled side air bags for the driver and passenger side. When I scheduled my appt it would have been nice for the lady I talked to to tell me they only had the passenger side part driver and passenger side. When I scheduled my appt it would have been nice for the lady I talked to to tell me they only had the passenger side parts and not the driver. That way I could have made only one appt and not have to take my car back on when the driver side parts come in. More

My jeep was fixed by Lithia Jeep in Spokane, WA, it is running great and the help I received from JeepCares and Lithia Jeep were wonderful. Walking in the front door the receptionist greeted my wife Lorri and I listened to wanted. Sales professional Jennifer Hawk was introduced to us as the person that could get the job done. She was great, professional friendly and knew about the product we were looking for, 1500 ram. We went over what each model had along with cost through financing. She found us the right vehicle.
