This was my first experience with lithia and it was a good one. My only complaint is during my test drive I noticed a front tire was extremely low. I asked that it be checked for leaks. Fairly disappointed with the wait time just to check in my vehicle. There was one person working at 10:30 on a Saturday morning. There was an oil change Tech trying to check people in, it was just very my vehicle. There was one person working at 10:30 on a Saturday morning. On the upside, they did allow me to pick up the Jeep the next day (Sunday), they left my fob with a salesperson, and somebody called to let me know what sales person that was. Thanks guys.
