Just like every time I bring my car in for an oil change they get right on it! The service department takes good care of my car and they always let me know if something needs taken of! Was told they could not attempt to fix gas filling issue in this car until they could see the problem happen themselves. We have not been able to fill the gas tank due to it stopping as if the tank is full in this car until they could see the problem happen themselves. We have not been able to fill the gas tank due to it stopping as if the tank is full when the Tank is never even close to full. They drove it to the gas station to “diagnose” the problem and was told to come back in a week so they could try to duplicate the problem again. We were told that they could not try to fix what they believe is wrong with it because if that is not the issue then mopar would be out money. When I bought the car I was told the car is fully covered for 3 years or 36,000 miles with a bumper to bumper warranty and if anything happens to take the car to service and it would be fixed right away. And now I am being told they won’t even attempt to fix my car due to them not making money and possibly being out money. When I was in there as well I mentioned my car play is not working on the car as well. I was then told because it is a 2018 renegade it will most likely never work again even if they change everything out on their end. We are definitely far from satisfied with our visit. More
