My experience was good however I had booked an appointment in advance like I’ve done in the past to have an oil change and winter tire exchange. When I arrive, they were super busy. They stated that my car would not be ready until 5:00pm. I arranged for a ride home since it appeared it was going to take around 7-8 hours to complete the job. Shortly after I arrived home, I get a call that my car is ready. I’m grateful that they were able to get my car done sooner however it would have been a bit of a courtesy to let me know that they were able to get to the car sooner so that I could have just waited there at the dealership. Suggest maybe advise the customer that even though you scheduled an appointment, that it may still take a while to get to your car. Also, if it appears that it may take a while to get to my car, perhaps giving a little more honest completion time instead of a huge window of time. Everyone was very courteous and the service provided to my vehicle is what I expected. More

Zach was a wonderful sales rep. We would not hesitate to send anyone looking for a new car to him. Jordan in the service department was also great. Went in for oil change. They apparently spilled oil on frame,undercarriage of truck as dirty oil is leaking from truck on garage floor where before I had no oil. We recently bought a new Jeep and Joe made the process very easy. Buying a new car sounded dreadful because you can be in dealerships for hours but this was a very easy quick process.
