My experience was good however I had booked an appointment in advance like I’ve done in the past to have an oil change and winter tire exchange. When I arrive, they were super busy. They stated appointment in advance like I’ve done in the past to have an oil change and winter tire exchange. When I arrive, they were super busy. They stated that my car would not be ready until 5:00pm. I arranged for a ride home since it appeared it was going to take around 7-8 hours to complete the job. Shortly after I arrived home, I get a call that my car is ready. I’m grateful that they were able to get my car done sooner however it would have been a bit of a courtesy to let me know that they were able to get to the car sooner so that I could have just waited there at the dealership. Suggest maybe advise the customer that even though you scheduled an appointment, that it may still take a while to get to your car. Also, if it appears that it may take a while to get to my car, perhaps giving a little more honest completion time instead of a huge window of time. Everyone was very courteous and the service provided to my vehicle is what I expected. More

Zach was a wonderful sales rep. We would not hesitate to send anyone looking for a new car to him. Jordan in the service department was also great.
