Sighns all over the dealership stating that all employees must wear a mask. Half wore masks & the other half did not at all. No social distancing what so ever. Made an appointment for service - the service personal were organized caring and detailed. Vehicle was ready for pick up after service was completed in the allotted time. Shoddy workmanship. I had an oil change and tire rotation completed in July at this dealership. Drove my car across the state and on another large trip. I get back and the front end starts making weird clunk completed in July at this dealership. Drove my car across the state and on another large trip. I get back and the front end starts making weird clunking noise and a low whumping noise. I didn't hit any potholes or otherwise drive in a manner to create these noises. I took it back into the shop to identify the issue. The issue? Two lug nuts were not properly torqued leaving the hub to not seat properly. How unsafe is that? I literally drove across the entire state on the highway at 70 mph with improperly torqued lug nuts. They assured me that it would have no lasting impact on my vehicle but it's hard to trust them when they're the ones who caused the initial issue. This situation, compiled with an issue where my seat was ruined after a car detailing and a fuel line sensor not being reconnected after a recall leaves me unsatisfied and unconvinced this service department can properly handle the simplest of repairs, let alone significant repairs. The employee I dealt with was friendly but lacked any empathy or ability to take action on my complaint. More

I drove out to Spokane from Montana to purchase a car I'd seen at Lithia. The staff there was super helpful and had set the particular vehicle aside for me to look at.
