Customer service is great although the sales people may not be as knowledgeable as they should. I’m not sure about the service department though because I found that the rubber hose from air cleaner to tur not be as knowledgeable as they should. We had a good visit. We bought what we wanted and it didn’t take too long. Justin was very friendly and helpful. I thought adding pulse braking to the price of the vehicle is a SCAM! Julie is always amazing. Unfortunately, I did not work with her this time, I had to have my car towed to Lithia and was not once impressed with the woman (who never gave me her name).
