I worked with Justin and Christos in the sales team for a couple of weeks. I appreciate both of them for their great customer service skills and follow up. I had problems with the air-bags and when I brought the car in I was treated very well. The technician took the time to explain what the problem was and the solution. The problem was fixed. I will say that car in I was treated very well. The technician took the time to explain what the problem was and the solution. The problem was fixed. I will say that the problem re-occurred because the part they installed turned out to be defective but they fixed it again with apologies for the problem. I do recommend the service department here. We made an appointment at 10am prior to a trip that included a specific problem and a multipoint inspection. We were told after 4pm that they could not even look at our issue. I would not recommend th included a specific problem and a multipoint inspection. We were told after 4pm that they could not even look at our issue. I would not recommend them to anyone. Julie was the only redeeming person and is the only reason they get a 4 on friendliness. More

After oil/filter change service, the truck dripped oil all over my spotless garage floor. Spent 15min under truck cleaning oil off everything beneath the oil filter.
