The process was quick and easy, but it almost felt rushed (by the salesman) as they pushed paperwork and failed to go over the car features. I was also interested in another vehicle that wasn't presented whe (by the salesman) as they pushed paperwork and failed to go over the car features. I was also interested in another vehicle that wasn't presented when I came to view them. As a first time car buyer, I was glad for it to be over with. Also, I'm a bit disappointed in the follow up process as I was missing an antenna and had a chip in my windshield (that is supposed to be fixed) when the vehicle was sold. I will say, there has been no problems with the vehicle so I am happy about that. More

Sales and finance people were easy to work with. Purchased vehicle had burnt out headlight and blinker, missing tire iron and jack, and had a screw in one of the tires.
