Treated nice, but taken for a ride. Went in to get a replacement key programmed. I went in with only one fully functional 6 button key fob, 2 6 button fobs programmed to ignition only, two brand new 6 replacement key programmed. I went in with only one fully functional 6 button key fob, 2 6 button fobs programmed to ignition only, two brand new 6 button fobs, and one 3 button fob programmed to ignition only. I left with my original 6 button fob still working, the one 3 button fob still only programmed to ignition, the two 6 button fobs are now unprogrammed from the ignition and now told that they can't be programmed to the ignition, and the 2 brand new 6 button key fobs were untouched. I was told they were not programmable to my vehicle. However without being cut you cant insert them and program them to ignition, let alone the keyless entry. When asked was told they didn't need to cut them to program them. Checked with dodge and this is not entirely true. These two new keys were specifically ordered using frequency code on back of original working key fob.So they they charged me to unprogram my working keys and program only one key that still only works in doors and ignition. I already had that. I could have just stayed home and saved 2 hours and $78. I asked at that point that I would like to buy a replacement 6 button key fob from them. Was told they were no longer available from the dealer. I ask then what is a car owner to do? Was told nothing and that this is just how it is. I guess your supposed to just buy a new car if you want a vehicle with 2 working keyless entry key fobs. Hence my taken for a ride! More

The dealership had made a minor over site on a repair over two years ago. I admittedly neglected to bring it to their attention at that time. Only game in town for Jeep warranty arrive. However, our advisor, Chris was not very communicative. He told us 1-1-1/2 hours and after 1 1/2 hours we hadn’t heard from him. Paperwork and keys were in his desk but he wasn’t there. Another advisor, Jordan started the paperwork and then Chris came back. Needed up being about 2 hours. Just communicate with the customers!
