Drove all the way in from Kettle Falls For recall fix only to sit in waiting room for 2 hours and then be told system Was down and can’t fix and should go home. Wasted my entire day. Employee apologize only to sit in waiting room for 2 hours and then be told system Was down and can’t fix and should go home. Wasted my entire day. Employee apologized but did not offer any Solution. Will NOT come back...will find other dealer to work on my Dodge. More

I really enjoyed my experience here. I've had to deal with a few dealerships before that put me through alot of very stressful situations.
