Horrible Customer Service I called Lithia Dodge to get a price on a new Ram 3500. Talked to a salesperson named Jeff and gave him my order sheet and he said he would try and ge I called Lithia Dodge to get a price on a new Ram 3500. One week went by and I had to call Jeff back and he apologized and said he would definitely have me a price that day. Couple more days went by and I called again and Jeff told me that their very busy and their bread and butter is on the weekends. I never received a price, I guess I was never that important! More
