Service worth coming home for I have been a loyal customer of Lithia of Spokane for 8 years. I started working down in the Tri-Cities in November and it has been very difficult for me, as a surgeon to drop off my vehicle all day or longer for service. I tried to make an appointment and get an estimate for my 90,000 mile service at Kennewick Lithia and they informed me that I had to make the appointment at least a week in advance and gave me an estimate/quote of more than $2,500.for that service.. I was able to get some time off this last weekend and I took the truck to Lithia of Spokane on Saturday.Not only was Isaiah Krug abletoworkme in that day,but he was also able to have all of the services completed that day, as well as installation of new brakes and the entire cost of the full service with the brakes, was $600 less than the quote that I received down south. I shall remain a loyal and trusting customer Lithia of Spokane and I will happily return home for services again for as long as I own my truck.Thank you Isaiah Krug! . More
