Disappointing Dealt with an inexperienced sales person that lied to us, played games, sold us a car with open work orders, was told we were getting brand new tires, Dealt with an inexperienced sales person that lied to us, played games, sold us a car with open work orders, was told we were getting brand new tires, but neglected to say they were winter tires (we bought it in June). Service advisor had little to no communication with us even though our car was there for over a week. Service manager tried to make things right, but it was too little too late.
