I only gave a 4 stars because I think they could have done a better job at removing the smoke smell from the car we purchased but they were great about getting us in and trying to resolve it with Air fre done a better job at removing the smoke smell from the car we purchased but they were great about getting us in and trying to resolve it with Air fresheners. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THESE GUYS. We bought a 2017 RAV4 from them; one good thing was that they allowed me to take it to my mechanic to check it out. After that, one of the salesmen lied to me--telling me from them; one good thing was that they allowed me to take it to my mechanic to check it out. After that, one of the salesmen lied to me--telling me that the caked-on mud by the back wheels was due to "driving through mud-puddle out back" (on a day when it hadn't rained in 10 days), the second salesman was decent and straight, but after that it was shoddy attention to detail. The final detail DID NOT clean the car thoroughly, when they replaced the windshield (which they DID agree to in the final sales agreement) it was done so in a way that the console behind the rear-view mirror keeps falling off. AND, when I went to have the windshield replaced, at least half of the staff walked around the dealership unmasked, in what appeared to be a cavalier treatment of a public health crisis. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUNCH. More
