I think that the service team should look at lights and wipers when someone comes in for an oil change. Expecting the customer to tell them what needs doing is a disservice. All they would need to do is lo wipers when someone comes in for an oil change. Expecting the customer to tell them what needs doing is a disservice. All they would need to do is look at the lights to see if they are working and run the wipers to see how they are doing. Then they would just need to call and see if the customer wanted it taken care of. Even Jiffy Lube does this. Instead I had to make a second appointment to take care of these issues. The service department was quick at check in and the service performed was good. More

They did the recall fix, however the engine is still not right, and they told me that it is fine and that is how this transmission shifts. The problem is not the transmission, it's in the engine I'm pretty right, and they told me that it is fine and that is how this transmission shifts.
