I think that the service team should look at lights and wipers when someone comes in for an oil change. Expecting the customer to tell them what needs doing is a disservice. Then they would just need to call and see if the customer wanted it taken care of. Even Jiffy Lube does this. Instead I had to make a second appointment to take care of these issues. They did the recall fix, however the engine is still not right, and they told me that it is fine and that is how this transmission shifts.
