I have never had a worse experience buying a new vehicle. Your GM Chris DeJulia came out when I asked about the breaking unit missing. All the areas were very efficient, Justin greeted and helped direct me where to go, parts (young blonde guy) got right on my duplicate key, and service areas were outstanding!! The price negotiation with the sales manager was not the best as they raised the price on paper $1,000 over what was indicated when we were first looking at the truck. The offer sheet then showed they were discounting the truck down to the price that we had assumed from the beginning. That was not impressive. More

lithia in n.spokane is the worst dealership I have ever encountered except for other used car dealerships. The salespeople were more like cheap xxxxx. They treated us like trailer trash would not run numbe encountered except for other used car dealerships. The salespeople were more like cheap xxxxx. They treated us like trailer trash would not run numbers for us on a Jeep Grand 80th anniversary we were interested in buying. We left and bought a Grand at dishman. The same car we were looking at through lithia the next day was at a street light with emergency flashers on and the test drivers walking away from car to the dealers. When we were presented the car it was muddy inside and out. The salesman didn't care about selling us a car all he talked about was not having a day off in over a month. Will never be back. More
