I had my Jeep’s transmission serviced and when it was returned there was oil dripping all over the underside, and blowing out the back. Although there was no issue with the service it was just the lack of the technician cleaning up after the service. Company was more than willing to resolve the situation. But when you spend 500$ for a transmission service, my expectations were a lot higher. More
I called ahead of time to schedule my service appointment. I wasn’t in the system so the rep had to build me a profile. Upon showing up for my appointment I wasn’t in the system so I had to have appointment. I wasn’t in the system so the rep had to build me a profile. I received a call later in the day that I was unable to answer explaining that the services were done and I could pick up the truck. I called back and left a message to ask some questions. I never got a call back. When I got to the service desk to pickup the truck I wanted to get some questions asked like what was performed, etc. the response I got was well everything was completed. I asked about the noise I had heard and whether or not I was required to pay the diagnostic fee or not. The individual told me they didn’t know and that if I did owe it you guys would contact me to let me know I owed you money. Then the individual proceeded to tell me that all of the recalls weren’t completed due to not having the parts in. They also told me some additional parts were on order but couldn’t tell me what for or anything other than someone would contact me when the parts were in so I could schedule another appointment to have the work completed. I wasn’t too happy leaving having no idea what was going on. I even asked if an inspection was done on the truck as most dealerships provide you with a little chart of an inspection with good items marked green, service items marked yellow or need repair right away being red. An inspection was noted on my receipt but I wasn’t provided anything. All I was told was if there was something that came up I would have been notified. All together I wasn’t really impressed with my first trip to this dealership. The part that made me the most frustrated was that I asked to have my tires rotated as I always do with an oil change, however there was no additional air put in the tires. Before I even reached the stop light in front of the dealership my low air pressure sensors went off. When I got home I had to put air in the tires and release air in the back tires. More
Poor customer service. Charge me for a part not in have to wait. Truck stunk of bad B.O. when got it back frim oil change. Person tried to charge me also labor for no part installed. I will never buy another vehicle here again. It was a struggle just to get my fuel pressure sensor replaced cause they could not find my warranty in there system. I had to bring my vehicle back two time struggle just to get my fuel pressure sensor replaced cause they could not find my warranty in there system. I had to bring my vehicle back two times and they finally said it was covered and the wiring the did was so unprofessional they did even take the time to run the new wires in the loom so just have the wires exposed and now smells like burning wires there service center sucks. Unfriendly front desk and person who checked me in wasn’t wearing a mask. He also got in my car without a mask. Pandemic precautions may feel like overkill to some, but some of your clients take it seriously a d haven’t seen friends in a year, so it’s frustrating to have that put at risk by a business whose services I need but isn’t requiring the level of care mandated by the governor. He also seemed irritated when he couldn’t hear me through my mask and the plexiglass and was short with me. It wasn’t until I was halfway home that I realized he was the one getting in my car or I would’ve said something. More

I am happy with the service and the service department personnel. In the showroom, where I waited while my car was in the shop, the personnel were wearing masks improperly or not at all. Over priced labor for jobs that shouldn’t be hours but yet take three? The prices were pretty absurd and I won’t be coming back unfortunately.
