Bought a three year old Jeep. After a couple of car washes you could see the deep scratches and chips that had been “fixed”. Many showed up all over car, it wasn’t just one. I live about 40 mins away and since I bought my truck there, decided to try their service. Had a scheduled service time, arrived about 5 mins early, checked in and took a seat. About 45 mins later I re there, decided to try their service. Had a scheduled service time, arrived about 5 mins early, checked in and took a seat. About 45 mins later I realized my truck still was were I dropped it off. They finally took it back after 55 mins. The service was quick and everyone was great, just disappointed in a 1.5 hr scheduled oil change. More
