I arrived early, 645am, door sign said open so i tooted my horn, nothing. Went to the door it was locked and i noticed the etching said 7am so i waited. Garage door opened at 7 and i drove in. Walked in an my horn, nothing. Went to the door it was locked and i noticed the etching said 7am so i waited. Garage door opened at 7 and i drove in. Walked in and was asked why i was there, i explained i had an appointment. The man behind the counter asked if i knew what was wrong with my car, explained a grinding noise, im nit a mechanic. We t to wait in the lobby, no chairs or tv on. Went back and was told i could sit in sales lobby and no technicians came until 8, why was i there at 7 i asked. Ghats just a drop off time, that was not explained when i made the appointment. The experience was cold and unwelcoming. I will do my best not to come back. As it turns out the mechanic did not hear the noise, i picked up my car and heard the noise as i left. Not coming back unless absolutely necessary. More
